Studio policies

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. It's applied to the service total.

24 hours' notice, please. Cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit.

10-minute grace period. Beyond that, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

For custom designs, send reference photos ahead of your appointment so we can plan the timing and quote.
